The DDSV4 VFO is a new oscillator based on the Analog Devices AD9859 DDS numerical oscillator and an Atmel ATMEGA16 microcontroller.

Features
User Selectable Modes - Ham, SWL, Signal Generator, or Audio Oscillator.  Ham Band Mode is the default
User Selectable IF Shift (Offset) Frequency.  No IF Shift is the default. Offset can be high or low side
User selectable step size.  100Hz and 3kHz fast step are the defaults for the Ham band Mode.
Outputs to automatically select user provided filters.
SMA RF Connector.
2X16 Backlit Display. Backlighting can be disables to reduce current requirement.
Display provides information on frequency, mode, step size, and offset frequency.
Modular platform - user can change display, pushbuttons, or encoder.
