New at Dayton

Welcome to the 2009 Kanga US Web Page!  I will try to have brief announcements on this page.  Navigate to the products I have by clicking on the appropriate link on the left side of the page.

June 25 - I will be on our boat  for about three weeks in July. I will probably have limited e-mail access some of the time, but any orders that arrive after July 4 will probably not get shipped until near the end of July.

June 25 - There is a problem with the PN 5179 transistors that shipped with the new 2 and 6 meter converters and CW sources.  The base pinout  of the transistors that shipped (PN5179) is different than the ones used to do the PC Board Layout (MPS5179). They are on the same spec sheet - the only difference is the base layout! You can work around the problem by swapping leads, or contact me and I will send you replacement transistors with the proper pinout!

May 28 - DK9SQ Masts - I have contacted DK9SQ, and the masts are still available and will continue to be available in the future.  I expect to have more in stock by the end of June.  I will know the new pricing after I have all the shipping costs.

May 26, 2009 - Bifilar and Trifilar Wire - I bought some #28 bifilar and trifilar wire prior to Dayton.  It was very expensive, and there was a sizable minimum purchase.  I am offering the wire  for sale to help recover some of my investment.  Click here for more info.

May 26, 2009 - DK9SQ Mast Supply Update - I sold my last DK9SQ Mast just before Dayton.  Based on the number of inquiries I got at Dayton, there is still demand out there.  I have contacted  DK9SQ, and is will continue to make the mast available.  He needs to determine new pricing, and we have to decide what the current "best method" of shipping is, and then I will re-stock.  Masts will probably be available again in August.

April 27, 2009 - I am busy getting ready for Dayton.  The PIC-EL III has been announced by AA0ZZ, and I have 4 new kits for Dayton designed by KK7B.
